For years I have battled with chronic pain because of my osteoarthritis, Lupus and Fibromyalgia.
I’ve been given all kinds of medication and treatments over the years. Some help a little, others not at all. My physiotherapist did some research and found a physiotherapist who does laser treatment. So I’ve been going through a few sessions of it now. I’m cautiously optimistic this time. I’m scared I’m going to jinx it by even speaking about it! I’ve given a brief review in my video but will also do a detailed post so that there is an understanding of what really goes on in these sessions.
Hey I don’t mind being the guinea pig and trying out all these different things so that you have some idea what it’s about before you pay for it!
Seriously though… the road is long. I don’t expect this to be a quick fix either. It’s a marathon …as cliché as that sounds. It’s like I am on some eternal quest to find the holy grail… being pain free. I can’t remember what that even is anymore. I hope you’re enjoying the transition from blogger to vlogger. It’s a tough one… but as I previously said, typing is becoming too hard for me. The vlogs will get better with practice! I promise!
