My first real vlog! All about my new pain treatments and being authentic. It’s a must see!

Hi everyone!

I promised that I would start vlogging… I have FINALLY gotten on the bicycle! I’m really excited about it and can’t wait to do the next one but …. I’m still learnimg to ride this bicycle 😆!!!

Hopefully a year from more (maybe less) I will look back at my first vlog and say “eeeeeek what the hell!” 😂😂😂

Comments and suggestions are welcomed… encouraged as I embark on this journey! I’m happy to now be able to tell alot more about my journey because typing has become really bad for my healing especially after treatments.

This vlog is about the new treatments I’ve started. A must watch for anyone with Fibromyalgia or chronic pain.

    Good job❣️ It is spectacularly important for any viewer to gain insight into your daily struggles of Lupus, Fibromyalgia and Rheumatoid arthritis. As if one of these wasn’t enough. 🙄
    Authenticity is key, sharing your experiences also key. Especially given that pain level thresholds vary from person to person, the comparison of a particular kind of pain to a pricking of needles is clever.
    You now have space to share your life hacks with your audience, from meal preps to coping mechanisms etc.
    I am impressed and immensely proud of you, you are an angel, an 🌏 angel.

    1. I needed to see this. I love you for all the things you see in me that I don’t see in myself. I love you for steering me, guiding me, holding my hand and imparting sage advice. You are my angel. You saved me last year when I was in the depths of dispair. I have come so far and you are a big part of that. I promise to give this my all. To make you proud.
